Before the Wedding
- Unlimited correspondence with your coordinator via email
- Help create the day of timeline and send to all vendors
- One face-to-face consultation prior to wedding to review details
Day of the Wedding
- Set-up of venue decor
- Be the point of contact for all vendors
- Take corsages and boutonnieres and distribute when needed
- Keep things running on time according to the timeline
- Help with ceremony coordination/execution
- Light candles before guest arrive in reception venue
- Greet guests and direct them to appropriate areas
- Watch gift/card table and move to secure location
- Keep an eye on dessert, candy, or snack tables and refill as needed
- Distribute envelopes with payment, tips, or thank yous to any vendors
- Ensure all vendors have completed their jobs before they leave
- Help take down decor and pack things up at the end of the night
